• Generate content that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Create prompts for illegal, harmful, or malicious purposes
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the prompts you generate using our Service. AI Prompt Generator does not claim ownership of user-generated content.

5.2 Service Content

The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of AI Prompt Generator and its licensors.
